What IS online personal training?

Online training is a new and exciting way for me to offer my clients what they need, when they need it, without the limitations and expenses of the gym. This allows you to receive a better, and more cost effective, service than an in-person trainer.

How Do I get my workouts?

You will have access to a simple to use app that allows you to easily access your workouts, along with a video library so you’re never nervous about your form. You will be held accountable by email for your nutrition.

Is personal Training right for me?

I’ll be the first to admit, Online Training isn’t for everyone. BUT it is beneficial for a lot of people.

It’s not right for you IF

  • You are coming out of a serious injury like ACL repair, Chronic shoulder pain, or open heart surgery.
